Our business is strongly based on values and culture. We are in business to help the community and make an impact. Our passion to provide optimum Accounting and Business services goes hand in hand with our community service activities.

We provide our time and services freely through meal and health services to those in need. Our business is a vehicle to make this happen.

Unni Ashok

Our founder, Unni Ashok is a tax agent and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has over 12 years of experience in the accounting industry. He started his journey with one of the “Big 4” accounting firms.

 Over the years Unni has worked with different Accounting firms as well as being a Company Accountant. This has helped him develop expertise in different industries ranging from Agriculture, Trades, Medical Profession, Retails to name a few.

He has established himself as a tax planning expert and provides business advisory services which provides great value for his clients. Utilising the latest technology and knowledge available in the field, he utilises it for his client’s advantage.

 Unni spends his free time as an active member of the community, by serving as a Treasurer and volunteer to a not-for-profit organisation which provides free medical, health and education services. 

Malcolm Hancock

Malcolm has over 20 years’ experience as a senior accounting professional within the corporate sector in both Financial and Management accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Over this time, he has worked in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Energy, FMCG, IT, Property, Agriculture & Government. The varied nature of these industries has been instrumental in developing a thorough understanding of the Accounting principles and their application to business in general.

Malcolm specialises in system implementation and Financial/Management Accounting and is a strong advocate for process improvement and innovation.

In his free time, Malcolm likes to spend time with his family and two young kids.

Aayushi Gupta

Having graduated with Bachelors in Commerce, Aayushi is a CA aspirant and has over three years’ experience in the Accounting industry.

She assists the team in tax planning, tax return preparation, bookkeeping and tax advisory services

Aayushi loves being an integral part of the team and always keen to develop her skills. Only through self-improvement, Aayushi believes, she can provide the best and most informative customer service.

Outside of work Aayushi enjoys spending quality time with family & friends.

Danh Truong

Danh, a CPA, has more than 8 years of experience in taxation, an in depth knowledge in relation to small business entities, especially health and medical professionals. He loves the way he can help his clients reduce costs by implementing the right strategies and that is the only one reason he goes to work every day. He has a keen eye for detail and has knack of identifying any potential issues and providing solutions.

Danh is a not-yet-a-father husband.  He is into different sports including tennis and swimming.

Y Dang

Y has 8 plus years of experience in full bookkeeping and accounting administration. She has a strong experience in using Xero and “Add On” tools to create automation and efficiency.  She is adaptive to new technology that can reduce data entry time and other low value work. She loves to keep her clients’ accounting data always clean and up to date.

Outside of work, she attends yoga classes and takes care of her loving family. 

Huyen Ngo

Fresh out of the University, Huyen, a fast learner has quickly proven that she will turn out to be a key element of our Team. She always places her responsibility as the top priority. She is willing to support and provide clients with the most optimal solutions in Accounting and Tax areas. Huyen realises that being an Accountant has helped improve her analytical skills and ability to attend to detail which has helped in almost all areas of her life.

She stays healthy and stress-free by getting up early in the morning, going for a short run along the beach before work, going out for a walk after dinner, enjoys reading books as well as going out with friends and family.

Melissa Cane

Melissa has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce and has been an accountant for over 10 years. During her time as an accountant Melissa has worked with a variety of small to medium businesses and self managed super funds helping them with tax advice, tax planning and business advisory services. Having owned and managed two small businesses her self Melissa understands what it takes to run a successful business and can help you with any advice you may need. Melissa loves working along side businesses not only at tax time, but on a regular basis to help them succeed.

Soumya Manghat

Soumya, an MBA graduate in Finance, assists the team with cloud technology, administration, bookkeeping and tax. Passionate in ensuring the business has the right team and skills sets, she has a knack in identifying talents and those who can fit in with the culture of the team. She has experience of over 5 years.

She is a doting mother to her baby boy and spends her spare time looking after her young loving family.
